Shipping policy

KIANNstudio ships worldwide and typically processes and dispatches orders within 1-3 business days of receiving your order. Shortly after your shipment is arranged, you will receive an email with a tracking link for your parcel. Please note that during promotional offers and seasonal sales, dispatch may take up to 3-5 business days. 

Our shipments are delivered at the place, meaning the recipient is responsible for any import duties and taxes, either before or after receiving the international order(s). These duties are assessed once the parcel reaches the destination country. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their cost, as customs policies vary by country. To avoid unexpected fees, it may be a good idea to contact your local customs office before placing an order. Please note that customers are fully liable for any customs charges, even if they refuse to accept a parcel due to high import duties or taxes.
